Privacy Policy

UluP Studio (“we”) operates UluP Life. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information We Collect

• Anonymous session data — UluP Life works without an account by default; an anonymous identifier is created automatically so your constellation is saved
• Your connected UluP account (email, username, avatar), if you choose to sign in
• Moments you create — titles, descriptions, dates, colors, and their position on your constellation
• Photos you upload and attach to a moment
• Basic usage and diagnostic data

How We Use Data

• Provide and maintain the app, including your constellation and its moments
• Link your anonymous session to your UluP account, if you choose to connect one
• Sync data across devices once you're signed in
• Improve performance and fix bugs

Data Storage

Data is stored using secure cloud services (such as Supabase) and transmitted securely via industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Photos are stored in a private storage bucket, never publicly accessible without your authorization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Certain data may be processed by trusted third-party services solely for app functionality. If you choose to export a constellation to UluP Spaces, the moments in that constellation (titles, colors, positions) are sent to Spaces and become a project there, under your same UluP account.

Connected Apps & AI Assistants

UluP Life supports connecting third-party applications and AI assistants (such as Claude) via OAuth, so they can create or read moments on your behalf. This access is always something you explicitly authorize, is limited to what you approve at that time, and can be revoked at any time from your account settings.

Data Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary. You may delete an individual moment, an entire constellation (“life”), or request full account deletion at any time.

Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Note that no digital storage method is 100% secure.

User Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

Children

UluP Life is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Terms of Service

By using UluP Life, you fully agree to the following terms of use.

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using UluP Life constitutes your binding agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account you connect, as well as any content (photos, descriptions) you upload. We do not tolerate any abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of our platform.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily or permanently discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We will strive to notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

UluP Life is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our platform.
